1.Gabion Production Line – Product Overview

The full‑CNC gabion production line is independently developed by Anping Weaver Wire Mesh Equipment Manufacturing, drawing on more than 40‑year machinery‑making experience. Centered on the SLW54C five‑axis linkage gabion weaving host, this integrated production system covers wire feeding, tension adjustment, weaving and post‑processing procedures. It supports two mainstream production routes: gabion boxes and slope‑protection mesh rolls, catering to large‑batch manufacturing demands for hydraulic projects, transportation infrastructure, municipal landscaping and ecological restoration projects. Adopting automotive‑grade quality management standards, the whole line realizes high‑precision automated production and delivers stable and consistent finished mesh quality for global clients.

2.Gabion Production Line – Core Host: SLW54C Gabion Mesh Weaving Machine

As the heart of the whole production line, the SLW54C five‑axis linkage weaving machine is equipped with XINJE PLC & HMI human‑machine interaction system and 5 sets of 15 kW HCFA servo motors. It supports adjustable mesh sizes including 60×80 mm, 80×100 mm and 100×120 mm, with maximum weaving width reaching 5.4 m or 5.7 m for custom options. The unit realizes triple twist, five twist and variable long‑short twist operations, achieving maximum output over 1000 m² per hour. Standard automatic lubrication and take‑up shaft effectively extend equipment service life and lower manual intervention.

3.Gabion Production Line – Complete Supporting Equipment

The production line is matched with a full set of post‑processing auxiliary machines: CNC five‑roller wire tensioning unit stabilizes wire tension within 350‑500N; CNC spiral wire forming machine, gabion mesh cutting machine, compact roll winding machine and selvedging machine finish mesh forming, cutting, rolling and selvedging work. Further supporting facilities include CNC hydraulic gabion packing machine and wire straightening‑and‑cutting machine, forming a closed‑loop workflow from raw wire input to finished‑product baling, greatly cutting labor costs.

4.Gabion Production Line – Control & After‑sales Service

The production line features Chinese‑English switchable HMI, intelligent parameter configuration, fault recording and multi‑layer safety protection such as emergency stop, overload and leakage prevention. Each shipment includes operation manuals, electrical drawings and complete tool & spare‑parts kit. We provide 12‑month warranty, 24‑hour technical response and long‑term spare‑part supply to guarantee continuous stable operation for end‑users.
